Types of dogs that can stay
Small to medium-sized dogs (up to 10 kg): up to 2 *Must be fully vaccinated, toilet-trained, and able to fit in a cage
Fee
An additional ¥5,500 (including tax) per dog.
What to Bring
- Proof of rabies vaccination and combined vaccination within the past year (required)

Request to Guests Staying With Pets
- Vaccinations (rabies and combined vaccine) within the past year are required. Please bring the vaccination certificate.
- We ask you to refrain from bringing your pet outside designated rooms (public spaces, restaurants, shops, communal baths, etc.)
- Please bring your own dog food.
- We ask you to refrain from sleeping with your dog on the beds or bedding in the guestroom.
- Please wipe your dog’s paws after taking them outside the hotel on a walk or other outing.
- We ask guests to clean up any fur shed by your dog.
- Put your dog in the cage when leaving it in the room during an outing.
- Put your dog in a cage at night.
- All cleaning fees and repair fees for any damage to the guestroom or hotel will be charged to the guest.
- If your dog's barking or other behavior disturbs other guests, we may ask you to move your dog to your vehicle.
- If there are 2 dogs in a 4-person room, only 1 cage will be provided due to space limitations.
